After another very successful event in 2025, Peak Rail Rowsley South Station and grounds, midway between Matlock and Bakewell becomes home once again to Road Transport for the day. NHVC welcomes a selection of up to 60 vintage buses and coaches for the day to the venue. Admission is completely free. Some exhibits will be static, whilst others complement the Heritage Railway route along the Derwent Valley. Operating on FREE bus services through the Derbyshire Dales linking Bakewell, Chatsworth, Rowsley and Darley Dale we hope to bring nostalgia alive again this Fathers Day. All visitors will be able to enjoy vintage bus and train travel, browse a number of quality transport related stalls and other attractions onsite. A truly family focused event!
Parking onsite will be restricted to Blue Badge Holders only, for other visitors please use the FREE park & ride service from DFS, The Mill Car Park, Darley Dale, DE42ER. Please note Blue Badges will be checked on arrival at the site. Standard rail fares apply, admission to the event and bus journeys are completely FREE!
